By accessing or using onedogtrainer.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Site.

1. Content & Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including videos, voiceovers, scripts, cartoons, written articles, and design — is owned by One Dog Trainer / Steve Holland and is protected by US and international copyright law.

You may:

• Watch and listen to all content for personal use
• Share links to our pages on social media
• Use the techniques described in the content when training your own dog

You may not:

• Download, copy, or redistribute videos, voiceovers, or scripts without written permission
• Use the content for commercial dog training without a license
• Resell or repackage any content
• Claim authorship of any content

2. Purchases & Payment

All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. You're responsible for any taxes applicable in your jurisdiction.

3. Satisfaction Guarantee & Refund Policy

One Dog Trainer stands behind its work through a double-down satisfaction guarantee, not a money-back refund. Our commitment is to fix the problem, not to refund the purchase.

If a customer is not satisfied with a purchased video, course, or script, the sole remedies are:

• A second free video from Steve Holland addressing the same problem from a different angle, delivered within 7 days of the customer's request; and/or
• A personalized written or video response from Steve Holland addressing the customer's specific dog and situation.

These remedies are provided in lieu of any monetary refund. We do not offer cash refunds on digital products once the video or script has been delivered, because the deliverable — Steve's time, recorded specifically for the customer — has already been performed. By purchasing, the customer acknowledges that the value of the deliverable is the customized content, and that remedy for dissatisfaction is additional customized content, not a refund of the original purchase.

To request a second video or a personalized response, email steve@onedogtrainer.com. Steve responds within 48 hours.

4. Disclaimer — Not Veterinary Advice

Never disregard professional veterinary advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read or watched on this Site.

5. Aggressive or Dangerous Dogs

The training methods described on this Site are general-purpose positive reinforcement techniques. For dogs with serious aggression, severe anxiety, or bite history, we strongly recommend working one-on-one with a qualified, certified professional dog trainer (CPDT-KA, IAABC, or KPA). The free videos and scripts are educational — they are not a substitute for in-person assessment of your specific dog.

6. Results Not Guaranteed

We share techniques that have worked for thousands of dogs. However, every dog is different, and we cannot guarantee specific results. The biggest variable in any dog's training is the consistency and skill of the human — not the technique.

7. User-Generated Content

When you submit a question via "Ask Steve" or leave a review, you grant us a non-exclusive license to publish that content on the Site. You confirm that you have the right to share any content you submit, and that it does not violate any third party's rights.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are being used for fraudulent purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, One Dog Trainer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or its content.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Illinois.
